Job Overview

At Staff Domain Inc, we are looking for a talented Sr. Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to creating exceptional interior spaces.

  • This role involves leading design teams and developing innovative solutions that meet client needs.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement design strategies that align with project goals.
  2. Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and proposals.
  3. Oversee the production of detailed construction documentation using ArchiCAD.
  4. Collaborate with the team to ensure designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and practical for construction.
  5. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Ensure designs adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in interior design.
  • Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  • Excellent design and technical documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and industry trends.
  • Experience in joinery.
