Job Title: Store Sales Representative

This is a direct hiring position for a Store Sales Representative based in Cebu. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be charismatic, and possess sales experience.

The selected individual will work at SM or AYALA MALLS in Cebu, with rotational shifts during mall hours. Regular employment status applies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome consumers, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with electronic cigarette discovery.
  • Educate adults on e-cigarette products, conduct guided trials, and provide seamless purchase transactions.
  • Offer customization and database registration services while executing after-sales support.

A high level of customer service is essential for this role, ensuring product diagnosis, returns, and replacements meet the company's consumer-centric standards.
