Join us in shaping this future by becoming a Pavement Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sustainable and cost-effective pavement designs that ensure safe and durable infrastructure.

• Conduct comprehensive pavement condition assessments to identify areas of improvement.
• Design and develop pavement structures using advanced materials and construction methods.
• Perform life-cycle analyses and failure investigations to inform pavement maintenance planning.
• Develop and implement geotechnical and traffic data analysis to optimize pavement performance.
• Prepare technical reports and drawings to support project delivery.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about continuous learning and has a genuine enthusiasm for re-imagining engineering solutions.

Key qualifications include:

• Familiarity with Australian road design standards (Austroads, State Road Authorities)
• Experience in pavement design to various Australian requirements would be an advantage
• AutoCAD experience would be an advantage
• Technical reporting skills are essential
• Geotechnical/material background is required
