Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to be our first point of contact for clients, providing front desk support with a warm and professional presence via telephone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming front desk phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Identify caller needs and route them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Provide general information about services when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and messages.
  • Follow established protocols and update internal directories as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand current priorities and workflows.
  • Represent the organization with a warm and helpful demeanor in all communications.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least three years of experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role is required.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional phone manner are necessary.
  • The ability to quickly understand and navigate organizational structures and team functions is crucial.
  • Tech-savviness and comfort with software applications and basic CRM tools are expected.
Preferred Characteristics
  • Previous experience supporting North American teams or clients is preferred.
