Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled specialist to manage and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to meet marketing objectives.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and create targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within an agency specifically in Facebook ads or working in a paid social role.
  • Strong understanding and passion for social media advertising.
  • Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and how it is used.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Natural leadership flair and passion for spreading paid social knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
