Job Description

Thermal General Maintenance Solutions Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadman Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing electrical, motor controls, and civil works.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any technical course (TESDA).
  • Proven experience in handling and supervising maintenance technicians.
  • Knowledgeable in electrical, motor controls, and civil works.
  • Proficient in documentations and basic MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to work onsite, overtime, and shifting schedules.
