Job Overview

As a Technical Service Desk representative, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, assisting the service supervisor with proposals and follow-ups, receiving and processing requests for service via various channels, collecting and checking service reports from technicians, and creating weekly reports on service tickets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding product and service warranties
  • Assist the service supervisor in preparing proposals and making follow-up calls
  • Receive and handle requests for service via phone, email, and chat
  • Collect and review service reports from technicians
  • Create weekly reports on service tickets, including those created, completed, and pending
Requirements
  • Vocational or college graduate with any technical course
  • Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally
