Procurement Director

Seeking a seasoned Procurement Director to lead our procurement team at Your Go to Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Supplier Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.

Inventory Management:

• Implement efficient inventory management practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile inventory with records.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the procurement budget.
• Monitor spending against budget and report on variances.

Compliance and Quality Control:

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure supplies meet required standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of procurement best practices and industry trends. Proficiency in procurement software and tools is a must.
