As an Enterprise Client Acquisitions Specialist, you will be a key member of our B2B SaaS team within Grab For Business that helps simplify business transportation, corporate food & package deliveries and related services for companies across Southeast Asia.
The Role
You will identify, source, and acquire enterprise clients in the Philippines with local or regional presence. You will work with partners to develop solutions that best address consumer needs while simultaneously meeting performance goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Building a pipeline of deals and tracking performance against the given sales target
- Developing long-lasting relationships with our main accounts through long-term planning, handling objections, asking the right questions and understanding their pain points while resolving them
- Establishing an understanding of the Grab For Business product and Grab's business solutions to service your clients better
- Shaping account specific growth strategies, solidifying Grab For Business' position as a market leader
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2-4 years of B2B Sales within B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or consulting environment. You will also need to network with clients and within the Grab business. Proficiency in using CRM tools (E.g. Salesforce) and comfortable with data analysis (Docs / Sheets / Slides) are essential skills. Additionally, you will need to have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their responsibilities.
