About this role

Brand compliance and publisher operations is a detail-oriented position that requires strong organizational skills and a keen eye for spotting issues. As a coordinator, you will work closely with the compliance specialist to monitor campaigns, track problems, and support operational workflows.

Main responsibilities
  • Monitor email campaigns, social media, and other advertising channels for compliance issues.
  • Review emails and document issues in tracking systems.
  • Detect non-compliant activities and escalate as necessary.
  • Conduct manual checks to ensure accurate reporting and resolution.
  • Maintain tracking systems for publisher activity, suppression file downloads, and global opt-outs.
Publisher management
  • Maintain and update publisher contact information.
  • Consolidate duplicate publishers or aliases within CRM systems.
  • Log correspondence with publishers and ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Monitor and resolve issues in automated workflows to maintain efficiency.
  • Audit and organize project management boards to ensure data integrity.
  • Create workflows, custom fields, and automations for campaign setups.
  • Generate and share detailed reports on publisher activity, correspondence, and compliance metrics.
Operational task management
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to confirm ownership and timely completion.
  • Recap meetings, log action items, and track progress to ensure all tasks are completed.
Key requirements
  • Exceptional organization skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with compliance tools like Optizmo and Lashback is preferred.
  • Understanding of email marketing regulations and paid media compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to a collaborative environment.
