Dexterton Corporation is seeking a skilled Employee Development Specialist to play a key role in the development and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support organizational goals.

This individual will work closely with HR leadership and department heads to assess training needs, design relevant curriculum, and deliver training sessions across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training programs, workshops, and eLearning content tailored to various departments and employee skill levels.

  • Conduct training needs analysis through surveys, focus groups, and consultations with managers to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.

  • Lead engaging and impactful training sessions (in-person and virtual) on topics such as leadership development, communication, compliance, performance management, and more.

  • Support the onboarding process with structured training for new hires and develop ongoing learning paths for career advancement.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, adjusting content as needed.

  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training aligns with organizational needs and goals. Provide coaching and support to managers for effective team development.

  • Ensure that training programs meet legal and regulatory requirements and track training participation and outcomes for compliance purposes.

  • Stay current on the latest trends in employee training, learning technologies, and HR best practices to continuously improve training methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR training, learning and development, or employee engagement.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, or similar platforms).

  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and methodologies.

  • Ability to assess and evaluate training needs and effectiveness.

  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices in corporate training.

  • Creative and solution-oriented thinker.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Passionate about employee development and continuous learning.
