Job Description
  • Sourcing and engagement of top-tier candidates to meet organisational hiring needs.
  • Development of close working relationships with Recruiters to deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Contribution to recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers, ensuring a deep understanding of client businesses and role requirements.
  • Delivery of high-quality candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers, providing accurate and comprehensive information for informed decision-making.
  • Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to share candidate feedback, challenges, and successes, adapting recruiting strategies as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Innovative critical thinking and commitment to learning 'fundamentals of sourcing'.
  • Able to leverage and interpret data to measure sourcing strategy success and refine approach.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills with target audiences.
