Job Description

The ideal candidate is someone who excels at proactively solving problems and communicating effectively with customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing knowledgeable answers to questions, and working closely with internal departments to meet customer needs.

Our company values collaboration and teamwork, and we are looking for someone who can work independently as an independent contractor while being part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to resolve their queries and provide solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into various platforms.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 1-5 years of customer service experience with a focus on sales.
  • Typing Speed: Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Google Workspace: Proficiency in Google Workspace and various customer relationship management software.
  • Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

We also require that you have a fast and reliable computer and an internet speed faster than 50 Mbps. Additionally, you will be employed as an independent contractor and work US business hours.
