Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Associate role focuses on creating high-quality content for our social media platforms, managing all social media platforms, overseeing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) outreach and relationships, and managing the User-Generated Content (UGC) creator hub. Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with the implementation of various digital projects to achieve objectives that includes online assets, social media platforms, online advertising, and e-commerce marketing channels such as Lazada.
  2. Manage the day-to-day needs of the various brands' social media and digital platforms.
  3. Boost digital engagement through social media contests, live events, promotions, and interactive content.
  4. Execute and curate digital marketing campaigns and content on platforms like Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  5. Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the performance of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  6. Work with the Design team to create thumb-stopping and great-looking creative designs for online.
  7. Oversee Key Opinion Leader (KOL) outreach and relationships, and manage the User-Generated Content (UGC).

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, Communication Arts, or any related discipline.
  2. Fresh Graduates or at least 1-2 years of work experience preferably in a digital marketing role.
  3. Proficient in the English and Filipino languages.
  4. Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  5. Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
  6. Knowledge in the Gaming industry.
  7. Visual design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, etc.).
