Job Title: Software Team Lead

We are seeking a strong and experienced individual to fill the role of Software Team Lead. As a founding member of our team, you will play a key part in shaping the direction and strategy of our software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and train others in software engineering best practices.
  • Guide design and architecture decisions for software development projects.
  • Build innovative software solutions using a range of technologies including MongoDB, Nest.js, Next.js, Node.js, PHP/MySql, and more.
  • Code, review, deploy, test, and innovate.
  • Seek out complex integrations and challenges, and work independently or with your team to resolve them.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • Exposure to VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, AWS, cloud technologies, and more.

This is a highly technical role requiring excellence in all aspects of software engineering and operating in a dynamic, rapidly evolving business environment.
