Job Description:
We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our team in Melbourne. As a UI Designer, you will play a key role in crafting visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for a wide range of digital products. Your work will impact how users interact with our products, and you will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to bring engaging and seamless designs to life.

In this role, you will design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms. You will translate wireframes, user flows, and product requirements into high-quality designs, from concept to final deliverables. You will also collaborate with UX designers to ensure UI designs align with user experience principles.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining design systems, including style guides, colour palettes, typography, and reusable components. You will work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs. You will incorporate feedback from stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve designs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing UI design work. They will be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software. They will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. Experience with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining consistency across multiple products is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining consistency across multiple products.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
