Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training content that supports the growth and success of our employees.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing engaging learning experiences for various audiences and formats, including ILT, online, and virtual modalities.
  • Developing and implementing training programs that meet specific learning objectives and improve employee performance.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create accurate and informative content.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and emerging trends in learning technology.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, and MS Office.
