About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced real estate professional to join our team as a Sales Director. We are looking for someone who can drive sales growth, manage a team of sales consultants, and maintain a strong network of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and promote inventories of all Filinvest projects.
  • Develop effective strategies to gain leads and convert them into prospects.
  • Establish and maintain a strong local network and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Evaluate the quality of accounts (requirements, documentation, etc.).
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee all sales activities and monitor productivity and activation of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
  • Support the recruitment of quality sales consultants by sales managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
  • A team of sales managers and consultants upon joining is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Possession of a real estate broker's license is a plus.
