About The Job

We seek to hire a skilled Social Media Customer Service Representative with experience in handling complex customer inquiries, responding to comments and messages on various social media platforms, and making personalized product recommendations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via direct messages and social media comments across multiple channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, addressing concerns such as shipping delays, product defects, missing packages, and payment issues.
  • Offer tailored product suggestions based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments and ensure timely follow-ups until resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media community management and customer service.
  • Prior experience in the beauty or retail industry is advantageous.
  • Essential skills include a track record of resolving complex customer issues, experience with social media management software, customer service software, and tools.
