Email Marketing and CRM Specialist

About the Role
  • Engage, convert, and retain customers through data-driven messaging while continuously optimizing campaigns to drive revenue and improve customer experience.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer communication across email, SMS, and push channels.

Responsibilities

  1. Take ownership of key performance metrics such as revenue per recipient, open and click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and total revenue generated.
  2. Design and optimize advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies.
  3. Lead campaign planning, creation, and scheduling, ensuring every message aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.
  4. Collaborate with the CX team to enhance customer communications using NPS and feedback.
  5. Develop detailed briefs for the Content team using data insights to guide high-converting email content creation.
  6. Test and experiment with campaign elements to maximize performance.
  7. Partner with the Product team to ensure visibility in email campaigns for high-priority items and new arrivals.
  8. Track, analyze, and report on key email and CRM metrics.

The Successful Candidate

  • Hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing preferably in eCommerce.
  • Skilled copywriter creating messages that convert.
  • A deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through comms.
  • Strong communicator managing briefs, coordinating teams, and identifying bottlenecks.
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore preferred.
  • Technical CRM skills, segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
