Job Title

High-Performance Backend Developer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining high-performance backend services and applications using Golang. We are looking for an experienced developer to join us in building scalable and efficient systems.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design principles. Proficiency in Golang and experience with web frameworks, relational databases and NoSQL databases is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively are also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design principles.
  • Proficiency in Golang and experience with web frameworks for building APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Design and develop robust, efficient and maintainable backend systems and APIs using Golang.
  • Write clean and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
  • Implement unit tests and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high volumes of data and user traffic.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks, bugs and performance issues in the codebase.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 4-5+ years of proven experience with Golang, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge with others.
