Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Help Desk Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our customer support team to resolve customer complaints and provide excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Provide product information and features to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements
* 6 months of BPO experience REQUIRED
* Willingness to work on shifting schedules
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
