Chief Fashion Artisan

We seek an accomplished Senior Fashion Creative to spearhead our design initiatives. This position involves envisioning and developing original designs, crafting detailed technical drawings and patterns, and overseeing production.

• Conceptualize Designs: Develop innovative fashion concepts grounded in current trends and market needs
• Technical Drawing and Pattern Making: Create precise technical drawings and patterns using CAD software
• Material Selection: Select fabrics, embellishments, color, and style for each garment
• Collaboration and Oversight: Work closely with designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure design vision realization
• Prototype Refining: Oversee fitting, adjustments, and final modifications of prototypes
• Presentation: Present design ideas and collections to stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or AutoCAD
• Excellent sense of fashion trends, fabrics, and color theory
• Strong sketching and illustration skills
• Attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality, unique designs
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in sustainable fashion design
• Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
