  • Executing recruitment plans efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions to attract suitable candidates
  • Interviewing candidates to assess their skills and qualifications
  • Preparing job offers for selected candidates
  • Networking with various institutions and social media platforms to stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
