  • Assist in receiving and processing customer orders.
  • Ensure 100% payment of all orders.
  • Monitor and analyze data to increase business operations efficiency and attain departmental KPIs.
  • Maintain training matrices and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent within their role to ensure logistical activities.
  • Support the Operation Manager in achieving departmental and corporate medium to long-term goals and objectives.
  • Perform tasks assigned from time-to-time.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years relevant and proven experience in Order Management and Customer Service.
  • Excellent experience and knowledge in order management and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Leadership and ability to lead and train the team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
