Job Overview:

The Philippine Vending Corporation is seeking an experienced Order Analyst Supervisor to join our team. As a senior member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the order fulfillment process and ensuring that all sales orders are processed efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of Order Analysts. They will also be required to coordinate with other departments, including Sales, Operations, and Warehouse, to ensure that stock availability and processing are running smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the order fulfillment process
• Manage a team of Order Analysts to achieve set targets
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams for stock availability and processing
• Generate reports for demand planning and analysis
• Ensure that all sales orders are processed efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a team of Order Analysts
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with other departments
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and exposure to SAP is an advantage
