Investment Banking Associate

This role offers hands-on experience with seasoned founders, leadership opportunities, and a collaborative culture that values work-life balance.

  • Market research including competitor analysis, industry research, and using raw datasets to create insights into niche subject areas is a key responsibility.

Developing client-facing materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, including strategic presentations and confidential information memorandums, requires strong communication skills.

Actively contributing to recruiting and firm-building initiatives is also essential in this role.

Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in investment banking or comparable experience.
  • Strong academic credentials are preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial modeling, including LBO, 3-statement modeling, and detailed business plan forecasting.
  • Ability to adapt, use new tools, and find creative solutions to aid efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Highly driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with a high degree of independence.
