About the Position

This role is responsible for crafting the visual identity of our brand across various touchpoints. You will be the creative force behind designing and developing on-brand assets, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual language that reflects our company's values.

As a skilled designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and bring them to life. Your expertise in Figma and Canva will enable you to create and update branded assets efficiently, while your attention to detail will ensure precision in every piece of marketing collateral we produce.

This is a fast-paced role that demands multitasking skills, as you will juggle multiple projects simultaneously, manage our brand asset libraries, and maintain consistency across all marketing materials.

  • Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity across digital and print platforms.

  • Create and update branded assets, including digital graphics, brochures, event materials, and printed items such as ID cards and banners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand design needs and deliver high-quality assets quickly, while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

  • Manage production for printed materials, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and specifications met.

  • Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work, with proficiency in Figma and Canva.

  • Prioritize tasks effectively, self-manage, and communicate clearly with colleagues across time zones.
