Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at ACE Hardware Philippines Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the daily store operations, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store activities, including sales performance, stock management, and employee productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all selling assets are in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, increase customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
