Manual Tester and Automation Developer

We're looking for a skilled Manual Tester and Automation Developer to join our team at Deltek Systems (Philippines), Ltd. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our web, mobile, and smartphone applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive manual testing for application features and changes
  • Develop and execute test cases for complex features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manual and automation testers, and developers to resolve product and technical issues
  • Take charge of multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, requiring minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Education or experience in ERP Systems, such as Project Accounting, Financial Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, Purchasing, or Time and Expense

Preferred Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience creating and executing test cases
  • Thorough understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is beneficial
  • Superior problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in testing web or mobile applications using multiple browsers, versions, and OS
