  • We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team in Cebu. As a key member of our Pursuit Team, you will play a critical role in the development and submission of proposals for clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the pursuit process from capture planning through to proposal submission. This includes working with Pursuit Teams and Technical Bid Managers to develop compelling and quality proposals that meet client requirements. You will also be responsible for reviewing bid documents, building proposal templates, and updating database information.

  • Coordinate the production and delivery of proposals via PDF format
  • Develop and maintain a database of project experience and standard proposal questions
  • Prepare charts, graphics, and gather key information for proposal teams
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint, is essential. Experience in proposal coordination or a related field is preferable.
