Job Description:
Republic Biscuit Corporation (REBISCO) is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. As an AR Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely release of weekly zero balance results for assigned Luzon distributors. Your primary function will involve performing weekly reconciliation of distribution accounts, verifying Distribution RDMS Inventory and Accounts Receivable data with accuracy and timeliness, and submitting reports accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely release of Weekly Zero Balance results for assigned Luzon Distributors.
  • Prepare and submit reports accurately and on time.
  • Generate and verify Distribution RDMS Inventory and Accounts Receivable data with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Information System, Financial Management, or any related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and any related accounting software.
  • Amenable to work at Novaliches, Quezon City.
