
Sales Business Developer

We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline.
You will work closely with our management team to ensure that their company's sales goals are being met. We are seeking someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, a proven track record of success in sales, and someone willing to do whatever it takes to achieve meeting goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
- Manage leads through the sales pipeline
- Work closely with our management team to ensure sales goals are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to streamline lead management and sales activities
- C1/C2 English Level
- A Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales with multitouch outbound calling sequence duties, able to handle 50+ calls daily with email follow-ups
- Ability to cold call without fear
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Experience in a multi-client environment
- Strong computer aptitude, including expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong organization, and excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate efficiently with prospects via phone and email
- Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
- Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
- Time management and organizational skills
