Job Description

  • As a senior software engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing cutting-edge text-to-speech technology that enables users to access information quickly and effectively.
  • You will work closely with the AI team to ensure our infrastructure scales efficiently, optimize key product flows, and construct resilient end-to-end systems.

Our mission is to empower users with the ability to read and comprehend information at their own pace, without being hindered by traditional barriers such as dyslexia or limited time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing high-performance text-to-speech systems using machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.
  • Collaborating with the AI team to integrate NLP and TTS models into production environments.
  • Ensuring the scalability and reliability of our text-to-speech infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in backend development using Python.
  • Direct experience with GCP and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers.
  • Efficiency in ideation and implementation, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Proficiency in deploying high availability applications on Kubernetes.
  • Preferred: Experience deploying NLP or TTS models to production.
