We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Regulatory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government regulations and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, experience with government-related documents, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Keep track of and record all documents that come in and go out.
  2. Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
  3. Verify the accuracy of supporting materials before sending them to the relevant team.
  4. Oversee the entire process of tasks associated with invoices.
  5. Monitor and preserve invoice-related documentation.
  6. Update the list of available materials and supplies, and request necessary supplies.
  7. Perform clerical and administrative tasks with competence and responsibility.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree holder.
  2. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administration.
  3. Experience in processing government-related documents and legal documents.
  4. Experience in compliance.
  5. Able to attend face-to-face interviews.
  6. Available to start immediately.
