Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Systems Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting complex IT systems, ensuring their security, integrity, and efficiency.

The successful applicant will be responsible for handling technical support requests, resolving issues, and contributing to maintaining a high-performing IT environment. This includes cloud infrastructure support, system and data security, Intune device management, and proactive maintenance of client networks.

We are looking for someone who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team. The ability to communicate effectively with staff and suppliers is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering
  • Relevant IT experience and/or certifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, with experience in developing and customizing business applications
  • Understanding of IT management principles and commitment to maintaining high security standards
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with staff and suppliers
