Job Role

You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding families through the discovery process and converting qualified leads into successful service engagements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the student-instructor matching process from intake insights to coordinating assignments and tracking key service metrics.
  • Lead initial client engagement by responding to inquiries and conducting discovery calls.
  • Implement follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage.
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene using CRM tools to track lead progress and intake milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, communications, or sales.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with high-touch clientele.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools.
