We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Finance Liaison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting our clients' financial needs.
Responsibilities:
- Chase customers with overdue debts via email and/or call.
- Reach out to customers with declined credit card transactions.
- Manage Zendesk tickets which includes but is not limited to requests for sales quotes, customer credit, vendor setup and customer PO. Resolve tickets within 72 hours.
- Respond to finance-related queries received via Slack/Jira.
- Submit customer invoices through payment portals.
- Follow up credit card disputes.
- Customer account reconciliation.
- Must have at least 2 years' relevant experience and be comfortable working hours consistent with the Pacific Time Zone.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
