Key Responsibilities- Respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- A minimum of one year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
