Content Creator Role

We are seeking a skilled content creator to join our team and help drive growth through engaging ad creatives.

Your mission will be to bridge the gap between internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers by delivering high-performing creatives that win clicks, drive conversions, and scale campaigns.

This role requires strong project management skills, as you will be managing multiple creative streams at once. You should have a keen eye for performance metrics and be able to iterate quickly based on data-driven insights.

You will need to work with US timezone to drive outcomes for the US market. This includes partnering with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns, sourcing and briefing UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content, translating campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes, building and maintaining a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across various paid platforms, and collaborating with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and make necessary adjustments.

Key Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics
  • Able to collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
