Job Description for Sales Clerk at Citiworks

We are seeking a skilled Sales Clerk to join our team at Citiworks. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Assist Customers: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, and assist them with their queries and concerns.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Issue Receipts and Refunds: Issue receipts and refunds to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Daily Cash Drawer: Manage the daily cash drawer and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Assist with Inventory and Store Cleanliness: Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
