Staffing Strategist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report to senior leadership and oversee workforce planning using advanced forecast models.
• Monitor attendance and turnover daily, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to match new hires with clients.
• Utilize specialized tools to pair idle talent with active opportunities.
• Manage offboarding processes for exiting employees, ensuring timely system access revocation.
• Track account churn and work with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of active employees, including organizational charts and reporting lines.
• Provide regular workforce health updates and coordinate staffing needs with key stakeholders as required.

Deliverables:

• Active employee count (by job level).
• Daily and monthly absenteeism rates.
• Attrition rates.
• Client run rate churn rates and geo-specific churn reports.
• Ad-hoc WFM reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in BPO or remote work environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
• Proficiency in workforce tools and data management systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
