Software Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a key contributor, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain software products that power our platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software components. Your proactive approach to problem-solving, outcome-oriented mindset, and effective teamwork will be essential in achieving our shared goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Specifications: Translate business requirements into technical specifications by working closely with product owners and stakeholders.
  • New Features Development: Actively participate in designing, developing, and implementing new features/software products while enhancing/maintaining existing ones.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform QA testing on your work and that of others to ensure the reliability of our products.
  • Pull Requests Review: Review pull requests, ask clarifying questions, provide constructive guidance, and maintain a healthy codebase.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of software projects while upholding established quality standards.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Continuously enhance your technical knowledge and share insights with the team.
  • System Issues Resolution: Assist in diagnosing system issues and implement effective resolution strategies.

Requirements:

  • Software Development Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, encompassing frontend, backend, and DevOps, with proficiency in Java frameworks, especially Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Frontend Development Tools: Proficiency in frontend development tools and frameworks, including Vanilla JS and React.
  • Programming Skills: Competency in Object-Oriented Design, functional programming, and scripting.
  • Modern Software Architectures: Familiarity with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices) and deployment tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker).
  • Unit Testing: Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Databases: Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possesses robust problem-solving skills.
