Waiter Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Waiter Supervisor to join our team at Alpha Infinity Holding Corp. As a Waiter Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of wait staff, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a vibrant atmosphere for our guests.

• Supervise Wait Staff: Lead and manage the wait staff, including training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and addressing any disciplinary issues.
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Maintain the efficient and seamless flow of service, coordinate with the bar staff, manage reservations, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Create a Vibrant Atmosphere: Supervise the wait staff to ensure a lively and engaging atmosphere, promote the restobar's unique ambiance, and encourage guest interaction.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Lead the team to exceed guest expectations by delivering exceptional service, resolving customer complaints promptly, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
• Promote the Restobar's Offerings: Have a thorough knowledge of the restobar's menu, drink specials, and events, and effectively promote them to guests.
• Maintain Quality Control: Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, taste food and drinks to maintain consistent quality, and monitor the presentation of dishes and cocktails.
• Manage Inventory: Assist with inventory management of bar supplies, ensure adequate stock levels, and place orders when necessary.
• Financial Management: Assist with managing the wait staff's tips and ensure accurate reporting of sales and revenue.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety legislation, food safety regulations, and company policies, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.

• Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is essential, ideally with experience in a restobar or similar environment.
• Knowledge and Skills: A strong understanding of restobar operations, including table service, customer service, food and beverage knowledge, and sanitation practices is crucial. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with staff, customers, and management.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills are essential to manage and motivate a team of wait staff effectively. This includes delegating tasks, providing guidance and training, and resolving conflicts.
• Customer Service: A focus on customer satisfaction and creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests is paramount. This involves handling customer complaints, ensuring timely service, and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress effectively, and make quick decisions when necessary is crucial.
• Physical Requirements: The ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and move around the restobar quickly is often required.
