Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Bookkeeping Professional to join our team at InfoCentrale. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records remotely.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in the BPO sector or a similar remote environment. You will be proficient in using accounting software systems and have strong organizational and time-management skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating financial records for clients in the lifts industry, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
  • Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Processing and categorizing financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Recording and managing daily financial transactions, including purchase orders, sales, and expenses.

You will also be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Additionally, you will assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for business operations.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple clients remotely.
