Job Title:

Digital Marketing Lead

Overview:

The Digital Marketing team drives seller adoption of off-platform marketing solutions, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other external traffic channels.

As a Senior Associate on the Digital Marketing team, you will own the execution and scaling of seller-facing programs designed to increase offsite traffic and drive measurable return on investment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute initiatives to grow seller-driven traffic through adoption of different off-platform ads channels.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for campaign strategy, execution, tracking, and measurement.
  • Drive strong return on ad spend by analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization strategies to sellers.
  • Lead communication with internal stakeholders to ensure sellers are aligned with new programs and best practices.
  • Manage the full offsite marketing operations workflow, from planning to reporting with cross-functional coordination.
  • Monitor industry trends and continuously propose improvements to strengthen offsite performance.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track program impact and extract actionable insights to drive results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and experience working with datasets to drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and results.
