Lead Generation Manager Job

This role requires a Senior Retention and Direct Response Manager who will drive online lead generation through various marketing channels, including traditional and non-traditional methods. To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate must have a strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.

  • Leverage multiple platforms such as TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels to generate leads.
  • Analyze data to refine strategies and scale high-performing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute innovative growth-focused marketing plans.
  • Use A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
    • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
