Silicon Integration Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Silicon Integration Expert to join our team at Lattice Semiconductor Corp. As a key member of the Silicon Integration Team, you will be responsible for the integration of different IPs to build the chip utilizing both custom and digital design flows.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration of different IPs to build the fullchip, including the delivery of all corresponding models, views and collaterals to different functional teams and the completion of all required checks and simulations for sign-off.
  • Collaboration with Architecture, SW, IP Design, and Physical Design Teams to generate fullchip logical floorplan and fullchip behavioral model.
  • Design and implementation of density-specific IPs and sectors suitable for fullchip integration, including all necessary flows and checks.
  • Work closely with other functional teams to debug and resolve issues.
  • Perform fullchip tapeout-gating audits, including Electromigration and IR drop (EMIR) Analysis, Netlist Electrical Rule Checks (NetERC), Power Distribution Network (PDN) Extraction, Simultaneously Switching Outputs (SSO) simulations, and ESD checks.

Your Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Custom and Digital Design Implementation, with expertise in Verilog and System Verilog.
  • Desirable skills include experience in FPGA/CPLD design and integration, knowledge in semiconductor principles, transistor-level analysis, and characterization, performance, and power simulations.
  • Familiarity with digital design flow, including RTL coding and verification, lint check, elaboration/compilation, synthesis, equivalence check, SDC, and STA using industry standard tools.
