About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Booking and Billing Manager to join our team at Hexaware Technologies Phil. Branch.

This is a key role that requires a highly skilled and organized professional to manage the financial aspects of client reservations, including processing transactions related to client bookings, adjustments, commissions, and fund transfers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Process transfer of funds requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Update the commission recall spreadsheet daily with payments received.
  • Perform quality checks and process travel agent commissions within the internal booking system.
  • Manage the timely processing of booking transfers and adjustments.
  • Update and maintain supplier data in the Oracle ERP system.
  • Provide general accounting support as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or payable, preferably in a reservations or travel-related environment.
    • A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency with PC and 10-key data entry by touch.
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
    • Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or Peachtree is required.
    • Experience with or willingness to learn internal software (e.g., Tropics) is required.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
