We are currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Kawit, Cavite.
Requirements:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in recruitment procedures, candidate sourcing, and interviewing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and team members.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
